Is on-site bookkeeping a possibility or are you strictly virtual?

We are a primarily virtual bookkeeping service. We use all cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping software that you have access to 24/7. Our pain-free onboarding process will gather the necessary information that we need to start your ongoing bookkeeping. Regular or ongoing appointments are done via zoom.
What is the difference between an accountant and a bookkeeper?

Bookkeepers handle the day-to-day tasks of recording financial transactions, providing reports for you and your accountant, and keeping your finances organized while accountants focus on tax advising, annual tax filing, and providing insight and analysis of your financial data.
Do I have to have QuickBooks Online before I start working with My Trusted Bookkeeper?

No, we can help you set up QBO. We will help you figure out which plan fits your business needs
Do my books need to be accurate before I get them to you?

No, we can clean up your previous books as well as organize your current books.
Do you file my taxes?

We do not provide any year-end tax filing services, but we will work with your tax preparer to supply reports and answer their questions.
